Organize the explanation
Separate background from direct observations and interpretation. Include versions, collection scope, evidence identifiers, transformations, validation conditions, and consequential AI involvement. Show how competing accounts were tested. Explain which conclusions rely on unavailable or redacted material and what a reader can independently check.
Keep responsibility visible
Verify sources, obtain contributor consent, disclose conflicts, and check rights to every published object. Drafts and review discussions remain private until an approved version is released. Maintain correction history when a consequential claim changes, and identify review or replication only when it is documented.
