Version and integrity

Use the release manifest and SHA256SUMS.txt to identify this static release. Future repository links should identify the exact release or commit used. A hash supports integrity comparison, not independent validation of a forensic claim.

Contributing technical work

Consult contribution guidance before sending sensitive artifacts. Specifications and interoperability schemas use CC BY 4.0. Forensic parsers, analyzers, and validation utilities use MPL-2.0; small interoperability libraries may use Apache-2.0 where maximum compatibility is desirable. Each dataset needs an explicit license. No documentation or software license grants trademark rights.
