• Describe the claim, observed issue, proposed change, and supporting source or reproducible method.
• Use the Artifact Report format for a tested artifact observation.
• For access barriers, include the page and attempted action.
• For security issues, follow the security reporting policy.

Sensitive material

Do not send credentials, confidential case records, private conversations, or sensitive media in an initial message. Describe the issue and request an appropriate transfer method if necessary. Email is handled outside the static reference; the privacy policy explains the delivered site’s browser behavior.
