Report a technical correction

Send the affected canonical URL and fragment, page version, quoted wording, proposed replacement, reason, and supporting primary source or reproducible test to contact@syntheticforensics.org. Identify whether the issue affects a definition, method, source, schema, or conclusion. Do not attach credentials or confidential evidence to an initial message.

Repository issues can be used after a relevant public repository exists. The GitHub gateway records current availability. Security vulnerabilities should follow the security reporting policy.

Assessment and publication

Check the source and scope of the proposed correction. Reproduce consequential software observations where practical. Record unresolved disputes rather than silently choosing a preferred interpretation. A correction does not require agreement with every proposed replacement; the reason for a material decision should be understandable.

For accepted material corrections, update the affected page and dataset together, advance the appropriate version, and add a log entry. Preserve the prior version through available release archives or version control. No response-time commitment is asserted.
