Creator, version, license, size, and integrity
Reference material is attributed to Jesse Shelley / SyntheticForensics.org under CC BY 4.0. Dataset headers record versions and source URLs. The release manifest records each download’s exact byte size and SHA-256; SHA256SUMS provides the checksums. The source is this versioned reference, not an external observational corpus.
Requirements for empirical datasets
An empirical corpus identifies collection authority, creator, source, consent and publication permissions, license, sample construction, format, version, transformations, hashes, and limitations. Generated fixtures must be labeled separately from captured evidence. See the data policy before proposing a release.
